Building Survey
The

is suitable for any residential property and will identify significant

Homebuyer
Survey and Valuation
A report specifically designed by the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors for properties up to about 100 years old, to enable buyers
to make a reasoned and informed judgement on whether or not to proceed
with purchase. They survey will identify significant defects and
report on urgent repairs. Clear advice will be given in respect
of the actions that should be taken before contracts are exchanged.
A valuation will be included.

There are many occasions when valuation of a property is required;
the typical examples being Probate, Matrimonial, Capital Gains Tax,
Insurance and Litigation. Tim Smart Chartered Surveyors are able
to offer the appropriate advice in a report that will usually be
